Formats of classes in the section
Beginners
For beginners we recommend to take an introductory class in the Easy Start program. The trial session starts with familiarization and equipment selection – climbing gear and bags with magnesia for hands. A briefing on safety and rules of behavior is obligatory. Special attention is paid to a comprehensive warm-up of all muscle groups. This allows you to minimize the risk of injury and prepare for work with the wall. The main part of the training consists of a breakdown of movement techniques, climbing on the high climbing wall and bouldering.
Up to 10 people
Rock climbing is a real alternative to fitness and traditional sports. Studying in a group, you will not only learn rock climbing, but also be socially active and find new friends! After all, working in a team is always motivation and friendly competition, and trips to the rocks with your team will give you unforgettable impressions! Group lessons are suitable for both beginners and experienced climbers.
Personalized
Our school offers personal training in both individual and group settings. Our instructors are experienced in both rock climbing and fitness training. They can assess your skills, identify your weaknesses and design a training program for you to improve your strength, technique and endurance.
Our team regularly organizes outings to the Rockies. We invite both beginners, even those who have never climbed before, and pros. The trips include all necessary equipment, instructor’s services, transfer and meals. All you need is a good mood and a desire to climb.
