Bouldering does not use a safety rope, all you need is sportswear, rock shoes or sneakers, and magnesia. Bouldering gives climbers a sense of freedom that is not available when climbing long routes due to the need to use a rope, belay system and carabiners.

During bouldering training, a person develops all muscle groups, strengthens bones, develops plasticity of movements, improves spatial thinking, motor skills and reactions. And this does not depend on age, weight, or self-image. We know that by coming to us, you have already become successful.
