A climbing wall is a place of increased danger. Before visiting the climbing wall, you should read the Rules of Use and the Safety Instructions for the climbing wall.

Our task is to ensure your safety when visiting our climbing wall and create comfortable conditions for your training!

Remember that if you have any questions about your actions while training at the climbing wall, there is always an instructor or administrator on the territory of the climbing wall who is always ready to answer any of your questions!

Safety rules you need to know:

  • Only persons who have undergone a safety briefing and confirmed this with their own signature on familiarization with the safety regulations and the Rules for visiting the climbing wall are allowed to climb;
  • Climbing on the climbing wall is possible only if the type of insurance required for the given surface is provided, namely – gymnastic insurance (insurance without a rope, on bouldering planes, using hands and special insurance mats) – If any term remains unclear to you, be sure to ask the instructor or administrator for clarification! By signing this agreement, you agree that all the information provided here remains clear to you;
  • It is allowed to be on the climbing wall only in the presence of the instructor on duty and the administrator on duty;
  • In case of any questions, uncertainty, or doubts about the correctness of the actions taken, the visitor must seek clarification from the instructor on duty and continue training at the climbing wall only after full clarity on the issues and the procedure of their actions that have caused doubts;
  • Visitors are obliged to comply with the requirements of the climbing wall staff; regarding the issues of staying on the territory of the climbing wall and training on the climbing wall.

While on the climbing wall it is prohibited to

  • sit on mats under the climbing walls, thereby preventing others from training and creating an additional threat of harm to their health and the health of others;
  • stay under each other while climbing;
  • climb behind the climbing wall;
  • climb with finger rings and other jewelry that could get caught on the elements of the climbing wall, equipment, create prerequisites for an accident, cause injuries to the visitor and others;
  • Climb and belay with long, loose hair;
  • climb with equipment and other things that could fall down while climbing the wall;
  • climb more than 5 meters (at arm level) from the top surface of the safety mat;
  • intentionally jump from the climbing wall to the safety mat, which is dangerous for their own health and the health of others;
  • be in a state of alcoholic or other intoxication during training;
  • bring and consume alcoholic beverages and drugs;
  • use obscene language;
  • train with headphones in the stand area;
  • and in addition, we do not use the words “it’s unreal”, “it’s impossible” or “I can’t”.

Only rock shoes or rubber-soled sneakers for beginners may be worn on the climbing wall.

Climbing in other types of shoes and barefoot is prohibited.

Children and teenagers under 14 years old are allowed to train in the gym only after obtaining written parental consent. Children and adolescents under 14 years old can train in the gym only under the supervision of a trainer or independently with the consent of the trainer.
